Tim - you have to see it in context of the full LinkedIn page to see the weirdness I think. The background doesn't curve away from the box, even though the shadows suggest it does.

I mean, it's not a big deal, it just does my eyes in. I think, though, that backgrounds could be used a lot more in this regard, just not like this (and not too much, otherwise they're not background anymore).
