in General

I’ve just finished up a chapter in my PhD about social play. Most of it is about online interaction, but quite a bit is about how to bring strangers together to make connections in public spaces.

Nice spot. I’m currently working on my final project at CIID, and the core aim is creating and interactive experience that encourages play.

This video sums up why I want to do that so very nicely! :)

Kevin – then you’ll definitely want to read what I’ve been working on over the years. Expect a post in a couple of months here or on Johnny Holland.

thanks Andy for posting this. Its such a joyful example of affect and demonstrates the dynamic of Canetti's Open crowd so sweetly. I'm going to use this in a new course on publishing ( in the broadest possible sense) that Andrew Murphie are teaching this year. crowdsourcing, collaboration. etc.
