So, Yan Shao has got the info on buying some Arduino boards. These are the circuit boards that easily connect into Processing so you can control or get data back from analogue circuits.

Here’s the deal:
1)One board cost 23 Euro.
2)Shipping to Germany is 27 EUR (from 1 to 10 boards) using courier, it takes 2/3 days. Using standard postal service (from 1 to 5 boards only) is 15 EUR, but it takes 10/12 days.
3)We don’t have to pay VAT if the University can provide a valid VAT Number (that is the sales tax identification number for European commerce). If we can’t provide a VAT number, we’ll have to pay 20% VAT on the total of the order (boards + shipping).
So I need to know who is interested in buying one. If we get ten and share the shipping, it should about 26-27 Euros without VAT and a bit more with. Maybe 30 at most. I can try and get the university to make the order and then we shouldn’t have to pay VAT.
Let me know very soon by e-mail or through the blog contact form.
It should be mentioned here that the Arduino application itself is a fork of Wiring
